Most states do not clearly specify the processes or paperwork required for community groups to satisfy their Child Protection requirements.

WA Principals must confirm that all Department employees, volunteers, visitors and external providers in child-related work have applied for or hold a valid Working with Children Check.
NT

Must comply with the Care and Protection of Children Act. Must ensure that any person working on the departmental site, does not work if a relevant criminal offence is disclosed.
